RareFounders Goes International: A Dublin Debut to Remember! 🌍🍀
As October winds down, we're celebrating a milestone at RareFounders - The London Startup Scene with a successful quartet of events. But this month's highlight? Our inaugural venture into Ireland for the Dublin Startup Scene at SaaStock! 🇬🇧✈️🇮🇪
The energy was infectious as my colleagues, Luca Spiller and Naim Mustafa, and I channeled our inner salesforce, dashing through the conference with stickers and QR codes in hand, echoing the frenetic pace of the BBC's #Apprentice. 🏃♂️🎫 It was as if the spirit of #LordSugar himself was propelling us forward, pushing us to sell our vision to every potential attendee.
Our efforts culminated in a gathering of around 60 vibrant #founders and #investors. In an exciting twist, the founders were outnumbered this time, creating a unique dynamic where investors mingled freely with pitching entrepreneurs. 😜🎤
The night's crescendo was nothing short of cinematic, as one investor, captivated by a pitch, introduced the founder to another investor right then and there. It was a live testament to the magic that happens when opportunity meets preparation. 🤝✨
The warmth and openness of the Irish investor community were the cherries on top of an already delightful evening. There's an undeniable charm to the Irish, a welcoming spirit that permeates every interaction. ☘️❤️
With our sights set on the future, we're already dreaming of our return to Dublin. Until then, we'll carry the memories, connections, and stories of success with us, ready to inspire and invigorate the next chapter of RareFounders.
